Begin again, no matter how many times you need to.
Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.
Conquering stress may seem easier in some ways, with the wisdom gained over my many years, but hormonal changes threw much of that, out the window.
A new strategy is required.
This is a much like a game. Seeing what will will work and what will not.

This is a much like a game. Seeing what will will work and what will not.
You can do all the old tricks just right, but that only worked when you were a younger version.
It takes patience, perseverance, commitment and the ability to get up when knocked down, over and over and over again.
Think you are doing OK? Boom! Injury, sickness, death of a loved one.
Or maybe you take care of everyone else and need to do something for yourself.
Get up. Go again, even if it takes you awhile.
Lean on God, your spark friends and the very depths of your soul.
Remember where you came from and who you are.
I am up for another round.
