Hello! I am excited to be starting my 'get healthy' journey on SparkPeople. I have had several health isssues in the last few years that have hidden the real me. My goal is to set her free again!

My Goals:
1. Make sure my basic needs are met before taking care of others-keep the tank full)

2. Express frustration in a healthy way-do no harm-eat no junk.

3. Make and meet a personal goal that has nothing to do with health.

My Program:
 Excercise most days.
Plan to not be starving-take healthy snacks for me.
Be more aware of how much indulgences cost me.
