Introduction Text Welcome to my page! I am working on getting some pounds off AGAIN. I don’t know why I let old habits back in! But that is what I am truly guilty of. I know I felt better. I had more energy. I really want this back! Sometimes I just say to myself “Just one more time. Give this all you got!” Soooo TO BEGIN AGAIN😜

Set mini goals: #2020# Go with doing my daily exercises, more fruits and vegetables, drink my water and be mindful of “are my pants getting looser”? Start at 210 1st goal 195-what I weighed on my retirement day 5/18 2nd goal 188-what I weighed in 8/17 3rd goal 181-what I weighed in 4/16 4th goal 174-what I weighed in1/11 5th goal 167-what I weighed in 4/09 6th goal 160-what I weighed in 12/08 Work on getting back to where I was! I can do this! I want this! I need this!

GOALS: 32-48 ounces water exercise 30-45-60 minutes at least 5 days a week 7hrs sleep Remember: Write every bite--Scribble every nibble

I collect God Grant Me The Serenity Prayer items--have over 50 of them!! My kitchen is done in Pillsbury Doughboy. And I spoil my Grandkids !! To get smaller-- I have to eat smaller. If I can get through the day eating less & moving more I KNOW I WILL LOSE WEIGHT!! 42625 2019
