Hey there - I tried Tamoxifen and had a weird thing happen with my heart, so I'm off it for a week and then I might be trying it again. Sure, let's be check in buddies! How does that work, exactly? hee hee. Good luck - we can do it! The medication definitely makes it a bigger challenge. For me I know that at least I can still exercise and I tend to feel better when I do. 3098 days ago

I live in Mesa. I don't have any secrets. My weight loss is usually so slow as to go unnoticed for a couple months. I like to join a lot of teams to see who is active and hang around them. I am in a 5% summer challenge and feel committed to aid the team. There are 11 teams in a friendly competition. Sometimes I stay out in the pool for two hours instead of one to get more points for my team. We are nearing the end of the fourth week, with four more to go. I am down a couple, but got new scales and they weigh a little heavier.
I have added little changes throughout my life and lately have been putting them together with more changes. Been mostly clean eating for nearly five months. I can overeat and snack too much on clean food too. I got back into tracking food, esp before I eat to decide on the portion size.
Join lots of teams, hang out with those willing to work for it.
