You have come to the right place for information, support, motivation and ideas. My first advice would be to learn your food/fitness trackers well and then USE them. They will get you and keep you on track. Then find a team or two that meet your goals or interests and then become active on them. Motivating others will certainly motivate you. Welcome to the 100 plus club. I have lost 120 lbs so far. I still have another 45 lbs to lose. I have not lost any weight in the last few weeks. It is not easy at times, but don’t give up.
