Introduction Text Hi Everyone! I hope to get a chance to talk to many of you as we all travel through our weightloss journey! I hit the 50lb. weight loss mark, 12-21-07. It took my 14 weeks and I hope I can lose 50 more by the end of summer. I am so happy to be where I am today. My health is so much better, I feel great and my overall outlook on everything has changed as my body has changed. One thing I never gave up on was myself. Losing weight has to be one of the hardest tasks one can undertake, and I really do believe we all need constant support, motivation and friendship to achieve our goals. I am so lucky to have found that here! Please leave me note if you stop by!

Every other deadline in my life is usually so stressful, that I have decided to make this date one without pressure.

I track everything I eat, minus vegetables (except potatoes, corn and yams, I track those) I stay betweem 1250 and 1600 calories a day. I try to have several lower calorie days followed by a higher day to help encourage my metabolism not to slow down. I have quit my Starbucks addiction (up to 1000 calories a day), although I do have a short or a tall non-fat mocha-no whip, every now and then. Update: no more diet soda's or aspartame for me. It was hard to give it up but I have! I don't eat after 7pm and drink lots and lots of water!

Married for 15 years. One beautiful daughter. I just started my own costume company. Mostly dance costumes. Triple Threat Productions

I love anything to do with the arts, dance and theater especially. My daughter is a phenominal dancer and loves being a part of her studios competition team.
