Introduction Text Hello, my name is Tracy and I completely appreciate and love Sparkpeople! This is a great tool to help us all get on track we just need to do it and maintain some self-control. I started this in 2007 and it worked great for me. I lost about 30 lbs with this free website after my 2nd child and just really consider it a God send.

Workout Monday thru Saturday with jogging and strength exercises. Sunday.....REST! Clean eats...drink water.

Lean meats and lots of veggies...implement more fruit. Loving the smoothies. Track my food until I reach my weight loss goal. Blog on Mondays. Play with my kids as much as possible.

I was born in Colorado and raised in Wyoming until the age of sixteen. I lived in Arkansas most of my life but I am back in Colorado and we love it! God has blessed me beyond measure which I would have to say, I certainly don't deserve it! ....after all this time....there's nothing to change here...the Lord is my Rock!

I love to garden and enjoy homeschooling my boys. We go on bike rides as a family and play soccer. Love living in colorful Colorado but miss our family and friends in Arkansas.
