It was my 41st birthday last weekend and at exactly 12 midnight I made the commitment to start a complete overhaul of the house (inside & out) and spent over 3 hours rearraingeing the lounge and removeing all the clutter in the kitchen and dining area that made a huge improvement to this whole part of the house which followed through over the rest of the week as I continued with the whole rearraingement and cleaning around the whole living area and now it looks so much better its not even recognizeable to the room it was last week, then we went into the front yard and have also mapped out the first section we will be completeing and began clearing everything and removeing all the stuff that is in this place we are going to be designing a whole landscaped entrance way that leads to our frontdoor. By doing these new plans that will only make us feel more comfortable in our environment(and make me become more active over the days) I will start felling less inclined to sit around in a house that is totally unsatisfactory for anyone to live happily in and find the motivation to start doing things with my time that are constructive not to mention an activity thats better than sitting around on the couch all day wathing crappy tv and being more inclined to visit the kitchen.

My Goals:
Theres exactly 10 weeks until we are going on our holiday. I'm definately only going to be able to take 2 weeks off work and there will be more planning on my next trips for 2013 when I get back from the cruise. I already know I want to go to Port Headland in October for Kaden's next birthday, so thats the next thing I'm hopeing to set up as soon as I can. It will be perfect to go for both Kaden's and Merinda's birthday's. So there will still have to be a Bali 6 night break to go on sometime next year I think.

My Program:
There's just 2 more weigh ins left in my 2nd 10 week short term challenge and I may not have done as good as I did for the first 10 week challenge by loseing 9.5kgs but I did still lose enough weight to reach a massive milestone in my life. I'm 99kgs and officially down in double didgets for the first time this decade and I intend to fix everything now that these days will start getting better for me. I baught some new nike trainers and I've started this massive effort on the front garden where there has been a complete makeover done already just in the entryway of the front leading to the door which has been very heavy working conditions for the last few weeks and will have months worth of ongoing makeovers as I'll need to move through the entire frontyard, and we've got a massive front garden. And as soon as the new 10 week challenge begins I will be ready for an exercise program to kick in immeadiately.

Personal Information:
From Perth WA, work as a printer for West Autralian Newspapers on nightshift. I had to say goodbye to my lovely little angel pearl jemma on the 13th Februry and I need to honour her memory by haveing the best life possible.

Other Information:
I have done my first 10 weeks following Bodytrim and am so happy to lose 9.5kgs. Im setting myself short term challenges of 10 week weightloss goals amd Im now 1 week into my second challenge and Im only 2.5 kilos off reaching the biggest goal for myself wich is to get down into the double didgets and weigh 99 kilos. I have just gotten a new tattoo for my first challenge as a reward for all my hard work and I love it, its an owl on my right wrist and I think its really cute. I did give myself some other rewards throughout the 10 weeks and will continue that system for all my challenges to come.
