Weight Loss Journey
I can and will accomplish my goals. I am going to work on losing 1-2 pounds a week. I will focus on making small healthy habit changes.
First: eating four servings of vegetables per day
Second: workout for 60 minutes total per day
Third: strength training 3 times per week
Fourth: Dink only one can of diet soda per day
Fifth: drink 1 gallon of water per day

Reduce caloric intake
Increase health non-processed foods
Increase exercise from sedentary to active
My Program:
I am using Profile by Sandford, meeting with a coach weekly, exercising, and drinking 1 gallon of water per day.
Personal Information:
I am from Michigan, but now live in Ohio and work in Kentucky. I am the Dean of the Allied Health Program at a college and love what I do. I have two children and two stepchildren. I love the outdoors and crocheting. I am currently working on my Doctorate, which leaves me little time for enjoyment. Love life and want to live it to the fullest.

Here is the recipe you asked for...
Applesauce Banana Oat Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 banana, mashed
2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place muffin tin liners in muffin cups or grease them.
-In a medium bowl, stir together the oatmeal, applesauce, mashed banana, peanut butter, egg, and sugar.
-In a separate (large) bowl, whisk together the baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
-Combine flour mixture into medium bowl.
-Pour batter into muffin cups.
-Bake for 20 minutes.
