As much as I love it when my husband calls me his brickhouse wife, as the Commodores put it, "She's mighty mighty just letting it all hang out", that's what I'm working on, not to let it all hang out, wiggle and jiggle, but to tone it up as I lose some of it.
I'm ready to do this right, I have been with Sparks before and was formally known as " Shebababy1", now I'm Dathickchick and lov n it, just want to tone, tone and tone while I lose some of it. I'm 5"11 and like the fact that I don't look like a giraffe, and do not plan on looking like one, just want to be healthy by eating right and exercising on a daily basis.

My Goals:

I'm 35 yrs old, but everyone tells me I look like I'm 22. Thank You Jesus!!! Now if I can get my body back to the way it was when I was 22. I have always been thick, but the curves were in all the right places, so my goal is to lose weight and tone everything up to get back to my brick house shape.


My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
I have a slim fast shake for breakfast and lunch with fruit and plenty of water, and a sensible dinner. I do not eat after 6:30p.m. unless I'm going out with my husband or friends, and even then we try to eat early, no later than 7:30p.m. I exercise in the morning, before I go to work, I walk every chance I get, sometimes I jog, or ride my bicycle, and then I make sure I exercise right before I go to bed. It is usually a Taebo Dvd on cardio, or abs, or bootcamp, I switch it uo so my body does not get use to the same routine. I also keep a personal journal of everything I eat, and what exercise I did, and I always have a prayer to keep me motivated.

My name is Madina, and I'm originally from Chicago, but I moved to the subarbs, I'm married, Valentines Day made 9yrs, and we have 3 beautiful children. I love the Lord with all my heart and I try to acknowledge Him in all that I do, because with HIM, all things are possible, so I'm claiming my weight and toned body success in the Mighty Name of Jesus!!!!!!
