Introduction Text Wow, It's been 1 year already and of course I gained weight but so many wonderful things have happened. In January I gave birth to my beautiful son Nicholas!!!! I found out I was pregnant May 23, 2009 and I was so happy and so scared at the same time. That was my 4th pregnancy and up to that point I ended up losing the pregnancies all in the first trimester. So I decided to take a break from it all and focus on growing this little guy, taking a day at the time. I did what I could to stay healthy but I did take it easy. Long story short I gain about 35 pounds (there I said it) still have 20 of those 35 to lose PLUS "a few" more :) I am a work in progress and I will never quit trying to be my best. Wish me luck, as you may know trying to get back on the waggon is not always easy but totally worth it. SparkPeople here I come.... Hope springs eternal!

Daily calories: about 1800 Exercise: for now daily walks - 5k steps a day H20: 6-8 glasses/day
