    Great to hear from you - I've been good - I am being really lazy today - and know that sometime tonight I'll feel guilty about that and pop in a tape to walk a mile (or 2). Kind of got a new addiction - not sure if its exercising or sparkpoints? lol It is pretty important for me to embrace that though, because I do have a tendency to skimp on calories and try to rushthe scales. So at least Im adding good stuff to this. :)
    I have a meeting to go to tonight - not thrilled about it - too cold to go out plus it will be a very stressful mtg. Ugh.

    Hey GirlyGirl - how are things? Did you survive the holidays? Ours were wonderful but wow - am I swamped now that I'm back at work. So glad to see you are still here and remember today is a New Day!! I'm drinkin my water. emoticon
