Introduction Text I have perfected the art of procrastination. I always have an excuse for not doing something today. June 7, 2011. The beginning of the new me! I've joined Spark People, gone on extended leaves from SP and now I am back. I am determined to get it done this time. Originally from Georgia, I've just spent my 17th WINTER in Ontario, Canada. Yes - Georgia for Ontario - the things we do for Love. I've gotten lazy (well lazier) and now is the time to stop that habit and build a new me. So Spark People - let get it done!

Lose 60 pounds. By when - not sure - just a little at time so that is stays off. Start exercising and learn to love it.

Tracking my food and listening to my body. Thats it. It isn't rocket science.

I am 44 years old. I am a mother and grandmother. My daughter and step-daughter have given my husband and I two handsome grandsons! I was born and raised in Douglasville, Georgia. I met a wonderful Canadian lad and for the past 17 WINTERS have lived in Ontario Canada!

I love my dogs! I have a Bernese Mountain Dog - Baxter and a Golden Retriever - Dallas. They are my boys and I love them dearly. I also enjoy watching hockey. I am a fan of the Boston Bruins and the Ottawa Senators. I also love Community Theatre. I really enjoy being on stage!
