A little about me
30 year old nurse practitioner, wife and a mommy of two. I'm a busy bee, so finding time to exercise takes really good time management. I've joined this site in hopes of finding support and people with similar weight loss/healthy lifestyle goals.
I LOVE to eat, and I LOVE to eat all the wrong things so I have to learn to LOVE all the good things that are GOOD for me.

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to a weight that I'm comfortable with. I also want to improve my endurance and become healthier. Not that I'm unhealthy, but I'm planning for the future and want to continue to feel as good in 20 years as I do today.
My Program:
Right now I don't have a true regimen, just eating "healthy" items and working out when I can.
Personal Information:
I'm a 26 year old registered nurse and mommy of one. Maybe when I lose the weight I'll treat myself to a trip to Jamaica. Kind of a weight loss gift to myself.
Other Information:
My favorite book is Memoirs of a Geisha
My favorite movies are "Lady Sings the Blues" and "Imitation of Life"
My favorite food...well I can no longer have those things so when I come up with a new one I'll post it
