Well this has been a really strange Spring between the unusual weather and COVID-19. We are on the cusp of a new normal. Use this time to create YOUR positive new normal!

My Goals:
Still taking it one goal at a time. Received my certification as a Health Coach in March 2017, and am working toward an advanced certification. I have now received certification in Transformational Coaching and in Life Coaching. Still working on weight loss and fitness goals as well, because there is ALWAYS room for improvement!
My Program:
Right now I'm counting carbs and keeping an eye on fats and salt intake. I will work on fitting more low-fat protein into my food plan.
Concentrating on tracking carbs, making healthy food choices that include lots of freggies and continuing to exercise regularly along with weight training are still at the top of my list for now.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley of PA, I also lived in Southern California for 12 years. Been back in PA since 2009, but really missing SoCal and my favorite ocean.
Other Information:
Married to my soul mate since 1999, our goal is to start a new career as a certified personal trainer and certified health coach team. Aging doesn't mean you have to be "old".
