I will be 50 on my next birthday! I feel like its time to do something about my weight or I never will.....With no support on this journey sometime I question myself "AM I REALLY WORTH ALL THE TROUBLE"....Of course I know to myself that I am....but to others I dont know......I need to take my life back and live and enjoy what I have left....I have raised 3 children and now think its time to start loving myself enough to do better....

My Goals:
My goals:

1. Is to get healthy
2. drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day.
3. Get in 1hr - 1 1/2 hrs of exercise 4-5 days a week
4. Eat more fruit and vegetables and lean protein.
5. Find positive people or things to encourge me to stay on track..
6. To stop eating out so much. I know fast food is no good for me.
7. Try to encourage someone else who feels the same as I do.


My Program:
I am trying to limit my carb intake and eat more fruits, veggies and chicken, turkey and fish.

I go the gym at least four days a week ..and spend at least and 1 hr to 1 and 30 minutes on alternate days.....I also want to lift 30 minutes and least 3 days a week. ........I also need to learn to be consistant in what I do and stick to it.



Personal Information:
I am from north carolina. I have raised my children and finally had time for me. I have taken care of the education part now I need to work on getting healthy. Dont get me wrong , I want to lose weight but I also need to be healthy. I want to be around to see my last child graduate high school and my grand kids go to school. I have never lost a really large amount of weight but I am getting no younger and I know the older you get the harder it gets. If I fail I will have to pick myself up and start over again. I cant give up.
