Aiming to eat healthily, exercise and get my weight down just a little.

Fitness Minutes: 36,911

My Goals:
To get my weight back to 67 kilos.
To do more than 1,000 minutes of exercise a month.
To keep my muscles strong by ST covering upper, middle and lower body each at least once a week.

My Program:
 Small portions.
Limit desserts to one or two times a week.
Use food tracking as a corrective when necessary.


Personal Information:
I’m British and living permanently in Japan. 68 years old. Teaching full-time until 70.

    Margaret, thank you so much for your kind comment on my feed. I'm very relieved about my sister. I am just so floored that a few hours on a September morning can so drastically change someone's life. I had never really believed that it could, but my eyes have been opened. She reports that she feels better than she has felt in many, many years. The kidney apparently worked instantly. It's just so amazing. I hope to get over there someday when the pandemic is less threatening.

    I've lost all my classes so am free to live the "retired" life for a while. I'm not upset about it, though I did want to continue. I'm confident they'll ask me to teach when they're offered new contracts. In the meantime, though, I might just get used to this wonderful feeling of waking up in the morning and feeling gloriously free!

    Today is my son Hisaki's birthday.. He was born at 8 o'clock at night in Tokyo, so in less than ten minutes, he'll be 32! Wow. That was quite some time ago! He's all right, but not too thrilled with his job.
