...... Clover Fall Fun ... It's time for vacations and birthdays.
Time for gathering family around bonfires or big pots of Soup. The leaves are changing and the beaches here are getting quieter, with just the waves and gulls, not out-of-towners.

This Clover loves having fun in the Fall.

My Goals:
HERE ARE MY FALL CHALLENGE COMMITMENTS:

1- Limit Bread, Sodium, Cholesterol - TRACK IT ALL

2- 60+ EXERCISE MINUTES PER DAY (Don't be afraid to let it be 10 mins at a time!)

3- 8+ GLASSES OF WATER OR GREEN TEA PER DAY

4- 1/2 Plate of Veggies every Meal


No Excuses - Making excuses burns ZERO Calories per hour.


My Program:
Meal Planning and Sticking to it.
Thursday - Weekly Meal Plan
Friday - Grocery List/Shopping
Sat/Sun - Batch Cooking helps.

Exercise -
I started working with a small group trainer in May.
The work-outs are varied, hard-core, high-intensity.

I am still out of town about 70% of my work days. I pack my meals to bring and use the hotel gym while I'm away.



Personal Information:
I love the beach, fishing, & gardening. I'm married to my dear husband 30 years. And we enjoy volunteering as Sunday School teachers and VBS Leaders for our church.

We have a daughter, son-in-law, and cutest 8 year-old grandson ever ;-)
And love animals, too! One dog, Freddy; 3 cats: Marie, KC, and Kitty; and a very friendly turtle, Lucky.

I work as an IT Project Manager and am often out of town for work days at a time. I do my best to plan meals and workouts that still fit into my overall plan.
