Weight has always been a battle for me and Spark has been a helpful place to keep me focused on my health journey. It does help having others who truly understand how hard this really can be and I love my SP teams and friends!

We have two emergency vet clinics here in town so any 'emergencies' are referred to them when regular vet clinics are full. I think COVID is just making it all worse because they don't want too many people or animals in the clinics at any one time. The emergency vet hospitals are huge and expensive. If she gets worse before Tues we'll go there.

Janet, so good to get your message and the invite for the team. Thank you so much for remembering me and even thinking of me. I've been about you too. 4-5 years ago my work situation had changed, I had to go back to school while working full-time, and I gained my weight back+. I finished my degree last week and I am here starting over again.
I know SP works, it's an amazing platform. I loved our Emeralds challenge teams. I am so happy to reunite with the team, where you are a leader. Thank you for accepting me into the team.
