Introduction Text After moving four times in four years, I am ready to settle down and enjoy life! My husband and I have been married for 31 years and we have four grown boys and one grandchild on the way! We have two dogs and three cats, that unfortunately, keep us tied down a little more than we would like.

My goals are: --to eat clean. --make exercise a habit.. --lose enough weight to eliminate my cholesterol and blood pressure meds.

I am a social exerciser, so I participated in a six week challenge this past fall, and I am just finishing a seven week challenge at the YMCA this week. Looking forward to this next challenge with Spark People. I am trying to eat only nutritionally dense foods.

I am originally from Indianapolis, IN. Because of my husband's job, I have lived in NW Indiana and the Albany, NY area. We currently reside in Lafayette, IN
