I'm glad you are back, Diana! I am back, too! I dropped out for a long time (lots of "reasons" but none of them any good). I am back with determination and commitment this time.
Like you, I am counting the NSV's (None Scale Victories) and am trying to work from the inside out by changing my negative self-talk to positive self-talk. A BIG problem I have had in the past (It's what I am struggling with; it is not entirely in the past.) is that I see myself as FAT AND UNDESERVING OF BEING THIN.
Let's help each other! One of your nonscale victories is your beautiful complexion! I noticed it when I first "met" you on SP, and you STILL HAVE IT!

Well, here am I also. I feel the motivation again and I'm going for the goal again! Every day I will be writing a morning blog and then reporting in the evening (by editing the blog) on how I did. I am only putting my ticker on losing 20 pounds so that I can concentrate on moving down.
I'll be reading to see how you are doing! Keep track of the little changes in your habits that will get you to goal. Best Wishes!
