Its the break time on the 2020 Fall 5% Challenge. At the start of 2020 I wanted to be at 145 to 150 at this time of the year.

Well COVID happened, I lost my job (well it's changed so much in that I am not able to be in the classroom with the kids (this year 1st graders as a foster grandmother, much like an assistance to the teacher) so I've gotten an old job back (need the income for a new car a friend and i are sharing it's YELLOW!! WOOHOO) working at a grocery store. Keep in mind the picture to the left at 288 I was severely depressed mostly in a power chair. So I've come a LONGGG WAYS AWAY FROM THAT!! I can now bag groceries quite fast , and cashering as I learn more codes, etc, my speed has picked up there also. Oh I could of gotten any other type of job, but I thrive in a very busy atmosphere and it IS BUSY!!

So I've not lost the weight I wanted, but yet I am able to do WAY MORE THAN I EVER THOUGHT I'd be able to so I am GOOD AT THAT!!

Exercise 60 to 90 mins a day once the 2020 Fall 5% Challenge starts I'll up the weekends to 120 to help the SUD ---DAWGGIE Team out!! WOOHOOO GOOOOO DAWGGIES!!

Stay in my calorie range using SPARKS guidelines, which I've reset.

Remembering my weight may go up for a few days, but it'll go back down again. NO NEED to throw a spoon into ice cream!

I have SIBO (Small intesines bacteria overgrowth) which has me so tired more so in the AM. The better I take care of myself,, the better I'll feel.

    Thanks for reading my blog. Regarding your comment, "I love snow!", I did love being snowed in! 'specially with the grandkids!' My husband did snow removal so a good blizzard was quite the deal with the grandkids. Just us for a couple of days. It was great. However, I would much rather take them to the beach.     Hi, Diane

    Leslie said you wanted me to call you, but it's hard to talk right now. I went to the chiropractor and he moved the rib back in place, but I still have a lot of pain from the bruising and the muscle damage from the rib. I have to go back to him on Wednesday morning to make sure the rib has stayed where it belongs and that there are no other issues. He used the laser on me this morning to get heat deep into the muscle. That should help. And I have to spend 30 minutes at a time on the heating pad today and 30 minutes off.

    I had the most amazing dream! Someone gave me an unlimited credit card and said to charge anything I wanted -- so in my dream, I bought tickets for every member of the Spirited Under Dawgs team a plane ticket to an Hawaian spa. All expenses included for healthy meals, fun exercise, massages, and calorie-free, non-addictive, alcoholic exotic drinks.

    Remember I told you that I took a rest day on Sunday because I was so sore?? I should've taken another day because I totally overdid it! I worked out on Monday and then was limping horribly on Tuesday! I did a light recovery/flexibility workout today though and feel much better, so hopefully I can ease back in. I've been really working hard on my eating habits in the meantime!
