It's almost time for the 2020 Winter 5% Challenge to start!! The date is Jan 4th!! WOOHOO!!!

I have some changes to do, mostly I've been working on them, but now I am seeing their benefit!! Get QUALITY sleep. I have a fitbit and it tells me that I am reckless quite a bit. So I bought a weighted blanket, and instead of being reckless on most nights of 6 to 8 times, Its now 3 to 4 times a night!! WOOHOO!!

I'm changing positions at work from working with the elderly to working with kids!! I'll know more in January. At this point either the elementary school almost across the street, or a head start program on the other side of the city. Either of these will be so much SUPER FUN!! I am a Foster Grandmother.

Fitness Minutes: 173,056

My Goals:
For exercise, I want to continue to improve using my recumbent bike to a longer amount of time, or to do so 2 times a day, maybe more.

I also LOVE walking and it does not matter the weather (well okay NOT if it's sleeting or freezing rain) and I also do some swimming. Living in Maine and I HATE to blow dry my hair, I get to laughing so hard when we come out and our hair INSTANTLY FREEZES!! LOL it doesn't last since the car warms right up. Living in the north you NEED A GREAT HEATER!!

I want to do this on an average 60 to 90 mins a day.

My Program:
I've been working on eating 3 or more freggies a day. It's NOT PERFECT but there is progress!! WOOHOO I'll stay with that!!

Personal Information:
I live in Maine, and though I am not young any more, I also FAR from at home often. I use some of my time to volunteer hence the above working as a foster Grandmother!!

Izzy IS MY BOSS at home, but awwww look how cute she is!!

I've lost 110 lbs, though at first in a power chair, I can now walk 3 plus miles a day!!

    I'm only feeling better after I take medicine and it has time to "kick in". The meds start to wear off about 2hrs before I can take more, which is frustrating. I write happy posts because I like to be positive and upbeat.

    Hello, and Good Morning!! TY for popping in!! My top size is mostly a large, at this time, but there's a few things I can wear in a medium. I'm about a 12-14 on the bottom size now, but again, sometimes (depending on the cut) I can drop down to a medium. Sure beats prior sizes (3X or 4X, and sometimes even a 5X) and I've got WAY MORE energy, so can't wait to reach optimal, which is in the range of 104lbs to 127lbs for my body type. I'm a small boned person, so 256lbs was brutal on me.
