    Your post is on target with my recent thoughts on dieting. I have been on many diets, lost and gained and maintained.

    I am tired of the obsession with food and the way I spend too much of my time and life thinking about weight and food, and a problem that never gets resolved.

    Giving up? NO. Just thinking that the whole "diet" on/off is part of the problem.
    As a child I was not overweight and I do not remember thinking much about food.

    I am looking at behavior and thought modification, along with eating healthy and trying to re-learn my body's signals of hunger and full. Learning to live a healthy lifestyle all the time.

    What if find so amazing is: I think a lot of people are coming to the same conclusion about diets, is there a revolution in thought going on?

    Just want to say wonderful post and I hope to read more of your post. Thanks so much.
