My Goals:
Weight Loss Goal: To lose 35 pounds by Halloween.

Activity Goal: Track an activity at least 5 times per week.

Water Goal: To drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Lifestyle Goal: Clean extra at lease 15 minutes per day.

My Program:
 Well, I'm on the Diabetes program, but have been diagnosed as pre-Diabetic. I am cutting out red meat and pork and need to limit foods which put stress on the kidneys. So... yum.
