I am a 50 Cancer Survivor with a New Knee Replacement. I am looking for ideas on losing the weight that I have accumulated over the last 10 years because of osteoarthritis in both knees and hips. Help...I'm open to all suggestions! I used to walk 5 & 10k walk-a-thons, worked 2 jobs, on my feet 8-15 hours per day, work out with my trainer 3 days per week, got on my bike 3x per week doing 15 miles per day, volunteer work with Seniors, took care of a 3000 sq ft home and now I have found that ...

Ive got to get this weight off...where do I start? HELP!! ************ Well I am now 68 years old and I now have 2. I now have 2 new knees and I’m walking 5,000 steps every other day. I’ve come thru 3 back surgeries and feeling much better... The new year is upon me and I’d like to lose 25 lbs in the next 8 months!! So here goes!!! Stay tuned.. 12/12/2018
