Introduction Text Just trying to be a better and healthier me!!!

My goal is to get down to a size that looks good for me. I don't want to be too small, but I also don't want to be this big any longer. I just want to be comfortable in my skin.

Right now, SparkPeople and my wellness coach at work is my program. With the direction and advice from them, I will get going on a path that I have never treaded.

My name is LaTasha and I am from Houston, TX. I work in the field of Cancer Research and I also dabble in Wedding & Event Planning as well as Interior Design. I am a "spiritual" Diva, not a worldly one, you will never have to call me the "B" word. LOL...I hope. I am 36 yrs. old, single, with no children. I am in waiting for my knight.

Hobbies include, cooking, reading, shopping and enjoying friends and family. I like shooting pool, bowling and swimming. I am very active in my church where I serve as Teen Ministry Director and Theatre Arts Director as well as Praise Dance Director.
