Introduction Text I work in product development at SparkPeople. I hope everyone likes SparkPages.

I hope to live a long, healthy life with my family and friends. I want to continue to establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Nutrition: Keep calories around 2,800 a day, drink over 8 cups of water a day, try to make most of my meals at home, avoid fried foods. Fitness: Cardio/strength workout 2 times a week. Other cardio - like walking, basketball, rollerblading - 2 more times a week.



Some of my favorite movies include Good Will Hunting, The Natural, Fletch, Strange Brew, Clerks, Moulin Rouge, Bowfinger, Saving Private Ryan, Brokeback Mountain, and Breaking Away.
