    Nice, just checking cus that's what I'm kinda doing, and I have a lot of muscle, and I do sports, so I'm just trying to main tain it, while trimming the fat

    Hi. I lost 15lbs. in about 3-4 months. I went really slowly because I like food and I eat a lot so I didn't cut my calories too much. I just try to eat more protein. I never cut carbs or anything though. It took me about 2 weeks to lose the last 5lbs
