Introduction Text My goal was to lose a ton of weight before I turned 40. I did it, and then promptly gained most of it back. Getting back to it, starting over with strength training and calorie tracking.

Body recomposition. Interested in losing a lot of the weight I've put back on in the last few years, and regaining the strength I had when I was lifting regularly.

Training with my wife on barbells and keeping our nutrition in check to meet our different goals. We're both doing Stronglifts 5x5, I'm losing weight while building muscle, she's gaining strength while maintaining her weight.
