Introduction Text Wow, been a long time since I posted here. I'm midway through my sixties. Weight is at a good level, but found out I have oesteoporosis. Am working with a physical therapist now to develop a program to keep my bones healthy. That should also help keep my weight steady.

I'm having to change this. I have gained over 15 pounds in the past year and I'm not happy about it! I want to lose those pounds, along with staying healthy. I want to be motivated to have a consistent exercise program and to eat balanced meals.

I just had to erase my comment about having reached my goal.. have got to reset. I plan on exercising on a regular basis so that I can lose the 15+ pounds I've put on. I also need to be careful about snacking in the evening. And I need to put more emphasis on including fruits and vegetables in my meals each and every day.
