    Hi! I just wanted to tell you a secret I have that helps me feel more satisfied with food on a low-carb diet: try taking fish oil capsules or flax seed capsules. For some reason it helps me feel fuller, I guess it has something to do with the essential fatty acids in it. I take four flaxseed caps each morning, and four more if I'm feeling like I want to eat too much. Really helps me, and it's good for you too. I shouldn't eat wheat due to an intolerance for it and I've noticed I feel a lot better on a low carb diet. Good luck to you!
