Here I go again...


Back up to an unhealthy weight after losing seventy pounds and have re-gained fifty pounds. I feel disappointed and discouraged knowing that I already failed. These thoughts about my weight and my failure take up almost all of my daydreaming time and I know that I have to get back on the horse-so here I go.
