I AM IN CONTROL OF THE FOOD (MOSTLY) rather than it controlling me! .

I am currently following a healthy eating and living plan with lost of ideas from SUSTAIN NUTRITION and am happy with my weight overall and now lighter than the target weight with Slimming World that I considered was my happy weight. I am never hungry and my mindset is improving which doesn't happen with Slimming World.

KEEP WRITING IT DOWN, THE ACCOUNTABILITY IS WHAT IS HELPING ME SO MUCH! Have to keep making good choices of course, but consider if my choice is not good was it worth it or will I not do it next time. Every week I eat homemade Pizza with my hubby and am still losing weight!

Personal Information:
My name is Donna. I live near Preston, Lancashire. I have two children, a girl Chloe who is 18 and a son James who is 16.. I am happily married to Tony, we've been together for 30+ years and married for 20 years. I was also diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 3 years ago and am taking Copaxone injections 3 times a week to 'delay' any further progression and so far, so good!

Other Information:
I love reading, especially James Patterson and Karin Slaughter books

I used to love aqua aerobics classes and zumba classes but currently try to do dumbbell exercises with Has fit on You Tube at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes and love it also walk at least 6000 steps a day

    I joined the Google group for maintenance
    I use No S website message boards for kind of check-in re food
    I use Strava for exercise, and a Facebook group run by the local Council
    I've signed up on Linda Spangle's tracking app, which is also on my phone - has a nice weight graph thing, and a dot calendar
    And I'm now doing Bright Line Eating - and that has it's own Facebook community too
    I also found that my old Blogger page was still there - haven't used it since 2016!

    I think that's it. And Fly Lady - use the website of course.

    Thank you so much for the cruise. DH said we would take one for our 25th anniversary, but Son #2 got married that summer, so the idea went by the wayside. They've been married 13 years and I've still not been on one. Now you've given me the chance to cruise. How wonderful -- VIRTUALLY wonderful! LOL
