Hi. I've struggled with my weight since i was in my teens. I've tried everything: atkins, biggest loser books/recipes, southbeach...you name it i've probably tried it. I'm just at a loss for what to do. I'm hoping that with the various people and teams that i'll find a support system to keep me going and get me/keep me at my ideal health/weight level.

My Goals:
1. Lose about 85 lbs before summer of 2011
2. Cut out caffeine/sodas completely or at least only have them on occasion.
3. Drink more water
4. Exercise more
5. I want to be able to run around and play with my 2yr old without getting winded every few minutes.
6. Start back up with my food journal.
