Introduction Text "I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday." I am now 59 years old and have taught first grade for 20 years. The stress at work this year has been incredible and I have lost my personal needs in the process. Want to recapture that aspect of my life.

November goals: 1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. 2. Walk 10,000 steps.

Eating healthy, portion control, working out at home mostly with the Wii and sometimes DVDs.

I am 59 years old and a first grade teacher. I am married to a wonderful husband who was my high school love. We have two grown sons who live too far from home!

I love to read (wish I could fit it in more). I absolutely adore music. I have an eclectic taste from classic rock to recently country, but my favorite is Broadway. I also love gardening. Well, not the work so much, but the "fruits of the labor!"
