I am new to SparkPeople. Hoping I will get serious and actually do what I know I need to do. Look forward to encouragement and knowledge of all of you "Sparkers". My goal is to lose 33 pounds by the end of August. I have always had to "watch" what I ate and have been able to manage until I went through menopause I have just started putting on the weight.
