    Yes, I'm in the big city of Georgetown - so not too far from Lex. :) I've been attending jazzercise and LOVE it, but you are so right about making it a priority. It's hard to squeeze exercise in when I have a full time job, 2 little ones that need so much of my time, a husband and a house to keep up with. I feel so much better when I do get to go to class and I have more energy to go home and clean, play with kiddos, etc.

    I tried the juice cleanse that is described by Stacy517 on my comment page...however it's now 2:20 and I gave in at 2:00 and had some vegetables and a piece of bread for lunch. I was sooo hungry! I was fine until about 1pm - not hungry at all, but for the last hour all i've thought about was food. Oh well! It might be better to try it on a busy day where I'm not snowed in and thinking about food all day. ha ha! Stacy was really pleased with it and helped jump start her weight loss. Read about it on my page, maybe it is something you could do!

    Hey! I'm also from KY and trying to lose weight! I have 2 kiddos (2 & 4) and would like to lose about 30 pounds. I see that you're working out in the morning...I can't seem to get my tush out of bed early enough to do that, but I have been attending a class 2-5 times per week. Good luck on your weight loss!!!
