Hello, My name is Liz. I have a 9 month old baby boy. About 5 years ago I used Sparkpeople website to help me lose 60 lbs and I had maintained my weight until I got pregnant and gained a whole bunch of weight. Now I am in full force to lose the weight again and get back to 125 and be even healthier, stonger, and even more fit then I was 5 years ago!

 I am currently using the program Turbo Fire 6 days a week and doing squats and pushups everyday along with longer strength sessions 3-4 days a week.
