    The c25k is going well. I have completed week 3 day 3 (W3D3). I have done it before so I know I can do it. My daughter and two granddaughters are doing it too but the littlies have stopped for the winter as it is so cold where they live. We are all going to do the 4k fun run in October.6 of us, 3 generations!

    HI thank you for the birthday wishes I appreciate that a lot! You can wear the Zip at night to track your sleep or if you are awake it will track your activity for you. I do wear it pretty much all the time now but I pay attention before I take my active steps so I know where I am at. I usually do my active steps all at once so its easy to track even if I don't look on Fit Bit's Dashboard where my active steps were.
    I am keeping track of my calories but not obsessing over it. I'll probably have some ice cream later on tonight since I haven't had any for a bit. My meals will be good though. I'm not doing anything too special but I am going to do my Yogilates, some dancing and do as much walking as I can but I want to transition back to morning walking tomorrow. If the weather holds I want to go back to the park and get up that mountain again~ emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hi. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yeah, I usually can't stay away from chocolates either. But right now, my resolve is strong from learning about someone that I know, that is younger than me, needing 3 heart stents. It was my wakeup call for now and gave me the omph I needed to turn the corner, as I'd really been backpedaling over the last few months.

    I have been procrastinating on my walk today especially because of the sciatica. Time to lace up and bear it....I am hoping I can walk it out as I have done many times before.
