10-9-13 WOO HOO! I reached my goal! Hard to believe I would ever get here---it's been a long time coming. But OH so worth it!

7-13-13 Feel so great as a result of all my hard work and support from family and SP! I can sure feel it when I walk up the hill to my house. So worth it.

5-6-13 Ready for the next challenge! I'm going to rock this thing. Yep I'm losing the weight. I certainly need to do it and it feels great. I feel confident I can do this. Keep going!

3-28-13 Feel like I need to update this story. For the first time in a long time I'm making it happen. I feel like my head is in the right place to make the necessary changes in my life. Moving forward! Stay tuned.

2-20-13 Still here. No great successes yet but thinking about making this next challenge great. Getting my head in gear.
Have discovered some sure-fire hunger curbs. (grains and protein) more later.

10-28-2012 Since this will be a long haul, I thought I'd post more often. This will provide perspective over time. Here we are on the Fall Challenge. Boy--hunger seems to be evident every day! I can usually curb it with protein. If you read this and have any great ideas pass 'm on. Thanks.

Ok. So I haven't won the lottery. (Actually I don't buy tickets.) But I can lose weight, get fit and feel great! Unlike the lottery it's an ongoing process. I can keep winning! As long as I keep moving in the right direction that's all I need to do.

Look at each challenge and figure out how to handle it better going forward. Keep a positive attitude. That's what I'm going to do.

Daily exercise: don't skip a day--just vary it!

Interval Training
Pool workout 2x week
Weekly Meal planning and limited food shopping.

New goals:
Add beans and whole grains combo into food plan. done!

Get back into the pool. Yep I'm back! Jan 2013

I DO NOT need a prob of having to come off a med that they added ONTO what it is I ALREADY take !! NO WAY !!!! And on those,,HOPING that after the acupture ,,,,,,SP !! I can LOWER THOSE WAY DOWN also !! WOOHOOOOO !! I am SOO EXCITED to try this in Sept !!! OH BOOOGIE WOOGIE DANCING !Q!! AND HOPEFULLY Walking again !! I can't do much,,,,for my FOOLISH FOOT will still break EASILY !!

    How are you feeling about the tracking? Is this helpin you out? Also are you doing the water good,, and hmmmmm "reporting" ur time on time,, for we could of landed, if so,, unless you did it today,,, I am not lookin at the spreadsheet at the moment, but we are awaiting ONLY 131 mins ! WOOOOO HOOOOO !!

    I'd LOVE to work on exercise,, thoughI can NOT move for a few weeks,, than very little as I Regain the use of my leg (having the main nerve cut so that my foot doesn't feel the pain,, LOL or anything else !) What SHALL I DO if I do something really bad? Supposed ,, yeah "SUPPOSED" to check feet daily,, but I am LOUSEEY about that !

    So let me what ya wanna work on,, we are in with 1bearwife,, Sandy !!! WOOHOOO What a FANTASTIC MATCH !!
