I'm Doing This!
I'm after a huge goal. It's a long story but after four pregnancies and one delivery that tore my body to pieces and made it close to impossible to walk/stand/lie without pain and physiotherapy for an entire year I've recovered enough to have dropped 46kg so far. While that may seem like a great amount I still have about 50kg to get to the 'ideal' weight range for my height, although apparently my lean body mass sits at 80kg, so I'm about 20kg away from that. Either way I have a long way to go ...

I'm hoping to find someone who can relate to me on here! I'm also on sparkpeople to help me track my calories...I can't work that out on my own.

My Goals:
Right now I want to get better at eating within my calorie range. My problem is I don't eat enough most days and then finally way overeat after a few weeks goes by.
My Program:
I work out 6 days a week. A lot of heavy lifting and HIIT.

You can call me Vah :) I'm an artist, blogger and mum to four gorgeous children. I'm happily married and live in New Zealand.
