    Just added you, from my personal experience the way to start is tracking your food and a few strength exercises a couple times a week, tracking gets tedious for me and I skip the strength exercises all the time, but I know if I stick to it, I'm good.

    Just added you as a friend. I can totally relate to your story. My father passed at 70 and my mother at 68. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren and I want to be around when they have children! I need a good buddy to help me along. We can do it!

    Stay positive! I realized if I didn't change I would not live to see grand babies. I had my kids semi-late in life- I'm 53 and no grand babies yet. I'm ready to get some & want to be able to be a fun grandma! Remember the rewards on the horizon.
