My Goals:
I want to get back under 160, that is the main aim.

My Program:
 I started by controling my diet mostly. I have added strength and aerobic exercise a bit later.

Other Information:
 I reward myself for sticking to my plans with rewards like CDs (into cuban music right now), books , cute shoes, jewelry, manicures/pedicures.
