My name is Emma and I have joined this site many, many times. My problem is, I find it hard to stay motivated and fall off the wagon a lot!

My heaviest weight was 230lbs in the year of 2014. Over the year I managed to go down to 212 with a lot of hard work. But my usual thing, where I stop caring and stop trying came into play, and I'm back up to 220.
My dream goal is to be at 140 and feel like the girl I have dreamed about being for years. Thin, happy, and active. My goal for now, is to reach 170 by September.

I was the kid in school who was made fun of for her weight. I never had a positive image about myself since it seemed everyone around didn't have one.
My brothers would call me fatty, and teased until I would cry myself to sleep. Kids at school would whisper and poke fun. Needless to say, since a young age I was over weight. Never in my life, can I remember being a healthy weight.
It has to change.
September I might be going on a Disney trip to Disney world. I went in 2014 and felt weighed down by my weight. I avoided photos and felt awkward. If I could even get myself down to 170 I would feel a lot better. Then once back can start working towards my next goal of 140!
