    Hey! It's been a while. State test is over (yes!) and only 5 more days of school. Can't wait until the summer. You're doing great with your weight loss. Just wanted to check in and say "Keep it up!" emoticon

    Hi! The state test is Next Thursday and I'm more nervous than my students. They're taking one last practice test today and I can't wait to grade them. I'm anxious but I just know most can pass and get proficient if they put their minds to it. We've had tutorial everyday and on Saturdays for the last few weeks. I'm exhausted but still working out twice a day 5-6 days a week. I started the 30 Day Shred DVD yesterday. I'd highly recommend it (only 20 minutes a day and it's effective!).

    How have you been? I've missed seeing you on the Spark MS Message Boards. Hang in there and it's never too late to get back on track emoticon

    Hi this is Jen! You stopped by my page and left a comment asking about my morning workout a while ago, but sorry I haven't checked my page in a long time! I'm still working out in the mornings, but it's just for 10-20 min. I'm kinda addicted to it because I feel like I have so much more energy in the morning and during the day if I do. I feel like I enjoy my day more and my teaching more. I use 10 min workout videos that are broken into 10 min. segments so I can just do whatever I have time for. I have cut down working out in the morning a little because my husband and I just joined a gym and we go after school now. I think I really need to start focusing on my eating though. How are things going for you? Hope it's going good!

    Had a bad week or so where I ate pretty much anything and didn't track any of it, but I'm back on track now. I actually joined a gym!! I've been three times so far, and I'm planning on making it a Monday, Wednesday, Friday thing, but that might change depending on how it works out with my school schedule. So far I've just been walking on the treadmill and the elliptical, but I plan to work some strength training on the machines into it. I've got crazy leg muscles, but no upper body strength whatsoever. And yay for the steading losing!! I slipped back UP that scale for a day or two, but according to my doctor's office, I've lost three and a half pounds since late December. emoticon
