    Thanks so much for the encouragement ~ I just got over the crud myself and jumping back into the program today. My momma is going to watch the kiddos while I go to the gym today, woohoo!! How was yoga? I had a friend who went to a class called "sweat yoga" and it really did live up to its name.

    Ha ha ~ I love watching my 3-yr old do yoga, too! A friend of mine has a cool kids yoga book and he gets so excited rolling out the yoga mat and showing off what he can do. :)

    I hear you on the strength training. When I started my membership, I tried the classes that they offered, which was a physical trainer giving us ideas on how to use the machines and a program to follow. I was SO sore and had to stop since I literally couldn't move the next day. If I could just get over that hump I think I would really like it. I've been doing the Spark strength training which has been nice. I can feel it but not to the point of being immobilized, lol.

    I do a little of both. I have a membership at World Gym. They don't offer babysitting, so I have to work at arranging with the hubby or my momma. I use the elliptical, treadmill and stationary bike. I really miss taking exercise classes but I'm hoping once the kids start school that I can do that. One of my goals right now is to do 10 minutes of cardio every day and I really like the videos on the site.

    Hee hee...so I guess we can stalk each other and check out what each of us is doing!! :) I went ahead and peeked at yours ~ I loooooooove yoga!! Are you working out at a gym or at home?

    Wow ~ I just love your story!! Thanks so much for sharing it with me. I really don't know what is involved in being a Spark Buddy ~ I didn't see a link on your page but if you want to, I have a link on mine on the right hand side. Or maybe we can set challenges and report back? I'm really up for whatever ~ just really enjoying this site and exercising so much more this week than I have in a long time. :)
