I've tried darn near everything, from pills, ONLY vegatables to even FASTING!! As i've come to find out, there actually is no quick and EASY way to lose the weight, imagine that?! I've been a spark member for a while now... At first i tried to use the trackors but i found that actually WRITING it down works best for me.

The way i utitilze Spark is totally for the social networking... Never in my life have i come across so many wonderful, postitive and supportive people all in one place!!! Everyday now i leave a comment on the New Blogs to show people that someone is paying attention and does care about your failures and successes. I've struggled with weight almost all of my adult life and i think i've finally figured out what works!!!

If anyone ever needs help, someone to listen i DO care about you, I want you to succeed, i've been through your struggle with weight!!! YOU'RE NOT ALONE!!! :-)

I'm doing the Body For Life program, it's slowly turning into my actual BODY FOR LIFE... It takes a lot of discipline but i LOVE it and i LOVE the journal entries!     Thanks for the comment! I never found South Beach tooo difficult either, I usually stick to Phase 1 for longer than two weeks, I guess this time around I'm just having problems sticking with it. I teach preschool so I'm surrounded by junk food... giving in to temptation is tough for me! My staples are turkey, eggs, cheese (low fat of course!) and lots of veggies. Lately I have been loving "taco" salads with lean ground meat and refried beans. I'd love any recipes you have- I could definitely use some yummy breakfast ideas! Are you a member of the South Beach team?
