Beating the 150 lbs one day @ a time
I''ve been the one who had the curvy body when the rest of my classmates where stick figures, and that progressed to an Obese figure. When, how, why? Overeating and a sedentary lifestyle. I''m gonna take it a pound at a time because I always want fast results and end up falling off the wagon.

My Program:
Track main food groups, sodium and calories, and meet my nutritional goal. The fruits and vegetables are the main meal.
Going to the Y now, doing 2 days of Bodypump, 2 days Cardio and CXWORX, and 2 days of cardio (working on being consistent with the last 2 days)
Love Beachbody, I've done Turbo Fire, P90x and Insanity in the past.
Take it one daya at a time.
Have a set back, that's fine, get back in there. No use in staying knocked down.
Surround myself with supporters here at Spark people and in my daily life.

My Program:
Track main food groups, sodium and calories, and meet my nutritional goal. The fruits and vegetables are the main meal.
