I spent 37 years eating what I want, when I want. I know. I know. LUCKY ME! In 2009 that changed. Within 4 months I gained 30 pounds of BELL-EEEEEEEEE!!! Since then I've gained another 20 lbs. I am now about 50 lbs. overweight.
Now at 42 years old, I'm deciding to make a change.

My name is Kimberly. I am a wife (20 years) and mother (15 and 17). I now weigh the most I have ever weighed in my entire life.

I have medical issues (disc problems and fibromyalgia) which make it difficult to exercise.

On January 12, 2015 I finished reading the book "Made To Crave" and started a new healthy lifestyle. I started eating better (fish and fiber) and plan on beginning an exercise routine in the next week or two.

I am looking for some support and motivation from others who are also in the process of getting healthy.

Get Fit and Healthy!
I know. I know. This sounds like a resolution, but hear me out. I am changing my lifestyle. As of January 12th, I have decided to eat healthy and exercise. The difference this year is I have included God in this decision. The Lord wants me to be healthy. The Lord wants you to be healthy. Your body is a temple. It is God�s temple! I am praying on a daily basis that my Father will help me stay disciplined and strong. My health is important to God.

My Program:
I've added fish and fiber to my diet.

    What a great workout/day! That routine you did sounds a lot like what I often do, except for maybe mountain climbers -- those can be tough. :) Until recently, I would only use the various kinds of ellipticals for warmups, but I've spent a couple of 30-minute sessions on them and enjoyed it. Overall though, it sounds like you're on a great workout plan! emoticon

    I had the great fortune this week to catch two spin classes with a live instructor for the first time. I missed the start, but caught the last 30 minutes each time. It was all the awesomeness! I now find myself looking forward to the next spin class each time!
