Introduction Text I spent 37 years eating what I want, when I want. I know. I know. LUCKY ME! In 2009 that changed. Within 4 months I gained 30 pounds of BELL-EEEEEEEEE!!! Now at 39 years old, I'm deciding to make a change. Update: July 3, 2011 I'm starting a new program called Body Gospel. I'm also drinking Shakeology and taking ActiVit vitamins. Here's to eating healthy and exercising. Wish me luck! I AM READY... ...to feel better. ...to look better. I'm finally doing it! WOO! (lost 2.5lbs.) WEEK 2 7/17/11 - 137lbs. (gained 1.5lbs.) WEEK 3 7/24/11 - 136lbs. (lost 1lb.) WEEK 4 7/30/11 - 135lbs. (lost 1lb.) WEEK 5 8/7/11 - 136.5lbs. (gained 1.5lbs.) WEEK 6 8/14/11 - 133lbs. (lost 3.5lbs.)

MY TOP 3... 1.) SPIRITUAL - I want to have a closer relationship with God. 2.) FAMILY - I want to be the best mother and wife I can be. 3.) HEALTH - I want to be healthy! Oh...I also want a flatter belly...of course. ;) LOL. WEIGHT GOAL Lose 1lbs. a week

Currently I am working out with Body Gospel and drinking Shakeology. I am following Sparks meal plans as closely as I can. DAILY GOAL Calories 1440-1790 Fat 38-66 Carbs 190-275 Proteins 60-148 Advice is welcomed!
